Bring the rich tradition of Hawaiian-grown coffee to your home, farm, or edible landscape with healthy Arabica coffee plants from Wai Mālie Farms. Our vigorous Coffee Arabica starts are grown in 4-inch nursery pots, making them an excellent choice for home gardeners, coffee enthusiasts, and small-scale growers looking for coffee plants for sale in Maui.
Arabica coffee thrives in Maui's unique climate when planted in well-draining soil with the right balance of sunlight and shade. Whether you're growing your very first coffee plant, expanding an edible landscape, or establishing a larger coffee grove, our healthy nursery-grown plants provide an excellent foundation for years of growth and productive harvests.
Coffee is naturally an understory plant that thrives beneath the canopy of larger trees, making it one of the best plants for edible landscapes and food forests. It grows well alongside tropical fruit trees such as avocado, mango, citrus, longan, lychee, mountain apple, and mulberry, where filtered sunlight helps create healthy, resilient, and productive plantings.
In addition to producing delicious coffee cherries, Arabica coffee develops into a dense evergreen shrub that can be planted as an attractive privacy hedge or visual screen around your property. While it creates an excellent living screen, coffee plants are not intended to serve as a windbreak and should be protected from strong, persistent winds for the healthiest growth and best production.
Unlike newly germinated seedlings, our established coffee starts have developed healthy root systems and are ready to be transplanted into larger containers or directly into the ground. With proper care, they will mature into beautiful evergreen plants that produce fragrant white blossoms followed by the coffee cherries used to produce premium Arabica coffee.

Bring home one of Hawaiʻi's most beautiful and rewarding tropical fruit trees with healthy Mountain Apple plants from Wai Mālie Farms. Our nursery-grown plants are an excellent choice for homeowners, gardeners, and growers looking for Mountain Apple plants for sale in Maui. With their vibrant fruit, glossy evergreen foliage, and beautiful spring blossoms, Mountain Apple trees make an outstanding addition to edible landscapes, food forests, and tropical home gardens.
Mountain Apple, known locally as ʻŌhiʻa ʻAi, produces crisp, refreshing fruit with a mildly sweet flavor that has been enjoyed throughout Hawaiʻi and the Pacific for generations. The tree is equally valued for its ornamental beauty, producing spectacular clusters of pink to deep red flowers that attract pollinators before developing into colorful fruit.
Mountain Apple thrives in Maui's warm tropical climate and grows best in full sun to partial shade with adequate moisture and well-draining soil. It pairs beautifully with avocado, mango, citrus, coffee, longan, lychee, mulberry, and many other tropical fruit trees, creating productive food forests and edible landscapes that provide beauty and harvests throughout the year.
As the tree matures, it develops into a dense evergreen canopy that offers welcome shade and can be used as a beautiful privacy screen around your property. While Mountain Apple creates excellent visual screening and shade, it should not be relied upon as a primary windbreak in areas exposed to strong trade winds.
Our healthy nursery-grown Mountain Apple plants are well-established and ready to be transplanted into larger containers or directly into the ground. With proper care, they will mature into beautiful tropical trees that provide ornamental value, cooling shade, seasonal fruit, and enjoyment for generations.
